Returns and refunds policy

Although our guitars are almost perfect according to lots of our customers, and we hope they like our products from our heart, there may be some time when our customer is not satisfied with the guitar they received or there are some defectives on our guitar. Then they may ask for a return and refund.

 

Return Policy

 

If it is within 30 days of receipt of the items and you want to return them for the quality problem, please feel free to contact us by email telling us that you wish to return an item. Customers should be responsible for all return shipping costs. You must ensure that reasonable care has been taken of the goods and must return it with all original packaging all accessories and manuals in their original condition.

 

When we receive it, we will check it carefully. If we find that the product has not been returned us in original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. And if you don't have your receipt, as long as you have a proof of purchase we'll exchange the item or give you a full refund.

 

Refund Policy

 

If you are returning an item because of our faults or because it is damaged or defective for the responsibility of us, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. However, please understand that we will only refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted.

 

Our goal is to help our customers to get their dream guitar with 100% satisfaction, so we are responsible for our faults which cause problems in the process of achieve it. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want a return and refund due to a reasonable reason, we will try our best to solve it!
